Instructions for hot cocoa bottles
1. Paint caps Primary Blue. When dry, use Snow Writer to paint “drips” on tips. While still wet, sprinkle with Glamour Dust.
2. Cut decorative papers to fit around bottles. Use oval template and swivel knife to cut a 2″x3″ oval in center of patterned papers; adhere to bottles.
3. Cut eight 1/2″x7″strips from Winter Stripes paper; adhere to strips on bottle at top and bottom of paper. Cut four 1/2″x3-1/2″ strips from Winter Stripes paper; adhere to bottle necks.
4. Adhere snowman stickers to bottles. Use computer to print cocoa flavors (White Hot Chocolate; Old Fashioned Hot Chocolate, Mint Cocoa, and Peanut Butter and Cinnamon Cocoa) on white cardstock; cut out and adhere to bottles.
5. Tie ribbon bows around bottle necks; trim ends.
Instructions for hot cocoa carrying case
1. Cut and adhere decorative papers to fit around sides of case. For borders, cut 1/2″-wide stripes from patterned papers; adhere to box sides.
2. Cut and adhere decorative papers to fit inside of case and handles. Use craft knife to cut out center handle. Cut 2-1/4″x3-3/4″ rectangle from white cardstock; adhere alphabet stickers to spell “Hot Cocoa” and glue to side of case. Adhere snowmen stickers to case sides.
3. Use computer to print Basic Recipe on vellum; trim and adhere to one side of case over snowman sticker.
4. Use Snow Writer to paint snow “drips” along top edges of case.
5. Tie ribbon bows around bottle necks; trim ends.
6. For tag, cut 4-7/8″x2-1/2″ rectangle from Recipe Blue Tan cardstock; round corners on one side. Score and fold 1″ from edge; use scallop-edge scissors to trim edge. Cut 1″x3″ rectangle from striped paper; glue to tag. Use Alphabet stickers to spell “To”. Punch hole in tag; thread ribbon through hole and tie to box.
