Last year in the months of November and December, Niki and I did Fast Friday Projects. This was one of my pieces and I wanted to share it here since I had a blast doing this up and think I just may do one more so I can have two on my dining room table…
To create this DIY Votive Cover:
I cut a sheet of vellum in half so I had two pieces 5.50″. I then cut two 2.25″ x 5.50″ pieces of dark brown cardstock. I placed the Vintage Medallion Art Stencil by Layers of Color onto the center of one sheet of vellum and air-brushed it using my Copic Air Brushing System. I then placed both layers of vellum between the folded pieces of cardstock and adhered the over the edges of the vellum. I used Liquid Pearls and Stickles to embellish the front and bam, DONE! 🙂 I hope you enjoy!
And here it is lit and glowing….
Thank you for taking the time to check out my Fast Friday Project.
