I love making gifts in jars. I also love Potato Soup, how about you? It’s delicious and everybody loves soup when the weather starts to turn cold! I created this popular project for Well Trained Paper (Allie Gower) a few years ago. It’s inexpensive and easy, and you can save some for your family too. Gifts in jars make great gifts for teachers, bus drivers, hostesses and new neighbors. Heck they are really good for almost anyone. I like to make them in big batches so I have them on hand for a quick gift or if I am short on time and need a quick meal.
Win, Win!
I just decorated a simple mason jar with a tag, and included instructions. You can decorate them with all sorts of things. Most importantly f=dont forget to give the instructions to prepare the soup. Decorate the jar and then fill with the tasty recipe. I’m about to stock up my pantry with a new batch, so I thought I would share with all of you. I hope you enjoy making, eating and giving the yummy soup.
