DIY and Insulated Casserole Carrier and free pattern and my family’s favorite Corn Soufflé recipe. They make a perfect pairing for your festive gatherings. The Fat Quarter Bundle from Robert Kaufman is elegant and sophisticated and the soufflé is exquisite.
Casserole Carrier open- the inside is moisture resistant because of the layer of Shield.
I tried out several folds for the carrier. This one is functional but not as attractive.
The insulated casserole carrier works well with round dishes too. I tried several sizes of round casserole dish.
This is the pretty fold on a 9×9 pyrex glass dish with handles and a plastic lid.
