Honeysuckle is the Pantone color of 2011. To create the honeysuckle color I mixed Salmon, Pink and Scarlet Neopaque dye from Jacquard. Wish I could tell you the exact combination- but alas, I cannot. Play around and have fun. You don’t need to make it exact. Heck, that is half the fun of dying your own materials. This material in particular was one of my husbands old work shirts. I cut al the buttons off since they were brown and added them to my button collection. Then I cut it into strips and dyed them. I made several different hues that you will eventually see in my projects.
