You don’t have to have the latest and greatest pattern paper. Making a scrapbook page can be fun and creative. This page was created a few years ago – and I think it still looks great. Hampton Art Stamps, Clearsnap Smooch ink, Smooch Spritz and The Crafters Workshop stencils were used.
