A short list of supplies really. This simple idea could be recreated in well under and hour. I bet most could do it in 20 minutes. It would be helpful to have a pencil, eraser and a ruler to make the argyle pattern and to keep the handwritten journaling even. I personally feel it is important to use your own handwriting on a few pages.
