Rainbow marshmallow pops a sweet and tangy treat for any time of the year. Heck! who needs an excuse to eat rainbow-colored foods? Certainly not me. These colorful no-bake treats were served at my daughters’ rainbow unicorn party. The tangy treats are fast and easy to make. If the kids are old enough they can even help you make them. The kids loved the rainbow marshmallow pops. They were way to sour for me. But as long as the kids are happy that is all that counts!
