Good Morning!
I thought that today I would switch gears a bit and share a layout I finished yesterday. I am on a local store’s design team and we each had to make a LO showcasing a photo of ourselves and our style. I thought about it and I really don’t have a definitive style. Some days I am crisp and clean, others I am distressed and dirty! However, I am usually technique oriented. I love using stamps, ink, paint, dies, ribbon and other embellishments. On this layout I used all of those items and more!
The list of materials I used:
- Stamps (Layers of Color)
- Art Stencil (Layers of Color)
- Ink (Ranger & Clearsnap)
- Smooch Spritz (Clearsnap)
- Dies (Spellbinders)
- Flowers (Prima Marketing, Inc.)
- Pearls (Prima Marketing, Inc., Zva Creative)
- Cardstock (Bazzill Prismatics)
- Ribbon
- Distress Paint (Ranger)
- Copic Air Brush System (Copic Marker)
The techniques you will see here are:
- Stamping
- Stamping with Paint
- Distressing
- Inking / Aging
- Airbrushing
- Sewing
- Masking
As you can see, alot of detail went into this layout. What started out as a cream piece of cardstock became this project that is now before you. So what is your style? If you had to create a layout showcasing a photo of you and an idea of who you are, what would it look like? Please leave a comment and let us get to know you! Got a project that reflects just that? Leave us a link, we want to see WHO YOU ARE!
